Grand Prize: Performance with the Lewisville Lake Symphony in Feb 2011,
plus the $1,000 Latitia Goodman Memorial Scholarship Award
Eligibility
For piano, strings or wind students grades 6-12th.
Each contestant must memorize and perform one movement of a concerto from the approved repertoire list. Students who wish to perform a concerto not on the repertoire list must receive written approval fr om the Lewisville Lake Symphony conductor prior to the application deadline. This written approval must accompany the application.
GEOGRAPHIC ELIGIBILITY: Participants may reside anywhere in the United States.
AUDITIONS: Preliminary audiotapes or C Ds along with the application form must be postmarked no later than 12:00 midnight January 2, 2011
